Responsibilities:

  1. Bookkeeping:
    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records for clients.
    • Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy.
  2. Bank Reconciliation:
    • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Process invoices and payments promptly.
    • Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
  4. Financial Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze financial reports for clients.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
  5. Tax Support:
    • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
    • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
  6. Client Collaboration:
    • Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding bookkeeping matters.
    • Collaborate with clients to address inquiries and optimize financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in an accountancy firm.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
