Responsibilities:

  1. Audit Planning and Execution:
    • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
    • Develop and implement audit strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and mentor audit teams, providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the audit department.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients during audit engagements.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
  4. Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis during audit engagements.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on audit findings.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit documentation and reports.
    • Implement and maintain quality control processes.
  6. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay abreast of changes in audit regulations and standards.
    • Implement and enforce compliance with relevant accounting and audit principles.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Audit Manager in an accountancy firm.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA) is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of audit methodologies and accounting principles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
