Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  2. Account Management:
    • Oversee the delivery of accounting services to assigned clients.
    • Ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  3. Client Communication:
    • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs.
    • Provide updates on service delivery, industry trends, and relevant accountancy information.
  4. Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate new business leads.
  5. Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct financial analysis and reviews for clients.
    • Provide strategic insights to clients based on financial data.
  6. Problem Resolution:
    • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client management within the accountancy sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role.
